Sorun

Her sabah herkese kendi işini söyler

Sorulara cevap verir
Ekip Telegram'dan sorar, sistem güncel veriden cevaplar.

Kurulum
Her ajans kendi kurulumuna sahip olur: kendi sunucusu, kendi veritabanı, kendi verisi.

Pilot
Sistem bir ajansta canlı çalışıyor. Şu an sınırlı sayıda yeni kurulum alıyoruz — her kurulum ajansın kendi iş akışına göre ayarlandığı için aynı anda çok sayıda müşteriyle çalışmıyoruz.
Önce kısa bir görüşme yapıyoruz: işleriniz hangi aşamalardan geçiyor, nerede takılıyor, kim neyden sorumlu. Sistem ona göre kuruluyor.
An operations system for social media agencies. It doesn't make content — it knows where the work is stuck and tells the right person in time.

The problem
In an agency, work lives in group chats, in people's heads, and in "I already told you about that." Is the Reels edit still with the editor, or did it ship? Did the client ever approve last week's carousel, or did it just go quiet? Is there a shoot tomorrow — does the crew know?
None of those answers is written down anywhere. The agency's real job stops being making content and becomes remembering who is doing what. When something is forgotten, nobody notices — until the client calls to ask.
Every job has a clock
When a job moves from one stage to the next, the system records the moment. Each stage has a normal duration — the bars below show the defaults, drawn to scale.

Once a job runs over, it surfaces as overdue; as the overrun grows it escalates to the backup owner, then to the agency owner.

What the system does
Gets to know a new client
The restaurant fills in a short form. Within minutes there is a brand analysis, a tone of voice and a first set of content ideas.
It doesn't invent what it doesn't know: the assumptions it worked from are listed separately, for the agency to correct.
Tells each person their own work, every morning
The editor gets their overdue jobs, the shooter gets theirs, the owner gets the summary of all of it. Nobody hunts for their own name in a twenty-line list.

Moves work forward with one tap
Notifications arrive on Telegram with buttons underneath. The editor taps "Done", the job advances to the next stage and its clock restarts. Nobody has to open a spreadsheet.
Editing→[ Done ]→Internal review→clock restarts
Opens the jobs a shoot produces
When a shoot is marked complete, the content it produces appears in tracking on its own: assigned to the editor, clock running. Nobody types the rows by hand — in practice nobody ever does, which is exactly why tracking systems end up empty.
Shoot completed→4 content records created→Assigned to the editor
A day before the shoot the crew gets a reminder: what time, where, what's being filmed. If the venue hasn't confirmed, that's flagged.
Answers questions
The team asks on Telegram and the system answers from live data. Asked about something that isn't in the data, it says so instead of guessing.

Installation
Each agency gets its own installation: its own server, its own database, its own data. There is no shared pool and nothing is held in common with another agency.

The system is live with one agency. We're taking a small number of new installations for now — each one is tuned to that agency's workflow, so we don't run many at once.
It starts with a short conversation: which stages your work goes through, where it gets stuck, who owns what. The system is built around that.
